My husband and I tried it for the first time. I am 220 he is 265. My chiropractor has a roller table that stretches you and this is so much better! I love this thing. So many setting for different stretches. I use it on a hard surface/carpet floor.

Definitely worth the $
I decided to give this a try because my lower back has been extremely tight for the past few months. I've been doing morning yoga stretches for relief, but just haven't had time to get into a chiropractor for adjustments. At $200, I thought it was a bit pricey, and I wasn't sure it would be worth the $, but rationalized it is overall less than the few visits I would pay at the chiropractor. I was immediately impressed with the overall quality of the product when I took it out of the box. It's very sturdy! I tried 2 programs the first night, and I am working my way through all of them to figure out what works best for me. I thought Twist was "ok", but I loved FLOW and felt my spine adjust twice during that session....and that was on LOW intensity. I'm looking forward to continuing the use of this product through ALL of the programs and increasing intensity to assess longer-term benefits of use. But for now, I am content to know this product does what it says and I like using it! I only rated 4 stars for 2 reasons. As others mentioned, the controller is ridiculously unreadable with the white text on light gray. That is a major fail for the product. I feel like anyone who bought this deserves a free replacement of a readable controller. The 2nd reason is the lack of instruction provided to advise on what each program does. What is included is woefully inadequate. I eventually found a little more detail online but it would be helpful to have a full-size set of instructions to explain the programs and proper body placement on the mat to get the most benefit. Some of the stretches felt a little uncomfortable for me. I wasn't sure if I was getting a stretch I needed. or on the verge of hurting my back because I wasn't positioned correctly.

Chiropractor at home
This has done wonders for my husband and I! I use this every day before I go to bed to unwind. I also sit for 12 hours a day at work and have come home to use it to relieve stress and tension. I have brought it to work to have my coworkers try it and they have also bought it and love it! I don't know what I ever did with out this back magic mat. I use it on a bed and it plenty intense and even pops my back at times. I hope it never breaks so I don't have to order another one because I couldn't live without this now.
